• Consent preference — we store your cookie choice (a small local-storage flag) so we don't ask again on every visit.
• Chat preferences — the chat widget stores UI preferences (e.g. open/closed state) in local storage.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

Why we use them

These technologies are needed to make the live chat work and to remember your choices. Without them, the chat tool cannot run and we cannot remember whether you have accepted or declined cookies.

How to control cookies

• Banner: use "Accept all" or "Necessary only" on the cookie banner that appears when you first visit.
• Browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking chat cookies means the live chat won't load — the "Live chat" button will still open chat in a new window.
• Local storage: deleting site data removes your consent preference and chat state.

Changes

We update this policy if we change the technologies we use. The current version is always on this page.
